In 2014 Bambos Charalambos was hounded for over £64,000 of fictitious arrears which resulted in the Child Support Agency instructing Fairfax Solicitors to take posetion of his property. The problem was the property belonged to his brother and of course the arrears were fictitious. The property had to be returned to his brother and so far £58,000 of the arrears has been written off, the remaining arrears are in dispute and Bambos's tools have not been returned.
